Prohibited Items Policy

Liquid, illegal, unlawful, narcotic, hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, restricted or prohibited items are not accepted for shipment. Customers must accurately declare the contents of every shipment and comply with applicable laws, customs regulations and courier-company policies. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the destination and the selected service provider.

Examples of prohibited items

• Liquids, gels and perishable items unless specifically permitted by the selected courier company
• Narcotics, drugs and psychotropic substances
• Explosives, fireworks, ammunition, weapons and weapon parts
• Flammable, corrosive, toxic, radioactive or hazardous materials
• Counterfeit goods, stolen property and items infringing intellectual property
• Illegal or unlawful goods of any kind
• Items restricted by destination-country customs regulations

Restricted items (may require approval)

Some items — such as medicines, batteries, electronics, valuable goods, cash-like instruments and certain commercial samples — may be restricted or require special documentation, proper packaging or additional charges. Always disclose restricted items before booking and confirm acceptance with the applicable courier company.

Customer responsibility

Declaring the contents accurately is the sender's responsibility. Incorrect declarations can lead to rejection, seizure, fines or legal consequences. When in doubt, ask our desk before booking rather than assuming an item is acceptable.
